Inner Sunrise offers a 90-day no-hassle return policy on all our products.If you don’t like a product for any reason, just follow the return authorization process on our website and ship the item(s) back to us with a copy of your receipt (showing the order number) so that we can locate and fully refund your purchase.  

We want you to love what you purchase from us, as well as the experience of shopping at Inner Sunrise … and we want you to feel confident that your needs are being met.  Shopping should be relaxing and fun!

You’ll need to cover the return shipping—unfortunately, those costs are non-refundable—but otherwise, it’s on us.
 
If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend you consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, in order to guarantee that Inner Sunrise receives your returned item.
