Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Inner Sunrise. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. Note that we currently ship to USA and CANADA only.  For international orders, please email for a custom quote.

Shipment Processing Time

Incoming orders are generally processed within 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. In the rare case that we project there to be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone and offer a refund if the turnaround time does not meet your needs.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer free shipping for orders over $79, and for orders under $79 the fees generally ranging from $4.95 to $14.99 (depending on weight and shipping location) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We generally ship via USPS and UPS. Delivery delays that our beyond our control are rare but can occasionally occur.


Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

 Inner Sunrise LLC ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses and to addresses within Canada.


Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number generally becomes active within 1 business day.


Customs, Duties and Taxes

Inner Sunrise LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).



Inner Sunrise LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.  Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.



We currently do not ship outside the U.S. and Canada unless special arrangements are made via the Contact Us inquiry form on our website.
